If you have your IP seal replaced and Vehicle still hard starts and runs rough initially, Inspect Glow plugs. You probably have two not working and will cause start issues. Diesels need to be warm to start. Do NOT install generic Glow plugs. They will not last. ONLY install NGK Ceramic Glow Plugs.
